In light of the recent Democratic victories in U.S. government, we are now more in need than ever of watching and speaking out about the spending of the newly elected government. If plans to increase taxes are carried out, many of us fear that we are facing a Depression not unlike that of The Great Depression. We must demand that our officials close the check book and preserve democracy for future generations. We are in need of bill watchers. All that would like to volunteer please email admin. Give us your time or money to accomplish the goals that are so vital, especially in these times, to keeping our economy going in the RIGHT direction, not toward Depression. We must quit borrowing money from other countries to pay our bills. Our children deserve better.

belltoll.org is a newly formed political PAC. Started by women angry at the Democratic Party, the process, and the Media, we exist to change the way politicians get and keep their offices. We watched as the most qualified candidate for the position was hindered in every way possible by the party, Barack Obama, and the press.

We have vowed to no longer sit on the side lines and cast our vote at election time. Instead, we vow to take action at every turn. We will stand up for REAL change, not soaring rhetoric meant to deceive and anaesthetize.

During this primary season a news channel aired a special investigation of four federally elected officials. Each had received money through either pork barrel spending or Federal grants this is not an uncommon act. However, it is how these four choose to use the money they funneled into their home state that WAS wrong. Some was directly given to family members; other money was used to develop land these office holders owned and later sold at huge profits. None were held accountable for their actions.

The primary process and the knowledge of commonplace corruption in D.C. brought about this PAC. In the beginning, the common goals were to STOP Obama from being elected and change the election process. Then the realization dawned on us that there is so much more to be done. Why stop after November?

It was decided that after working to stop Obama and Pelosi from being elected, we would work toward revealing these corrupt politicians that use their position to make money. We determined the best way to accomplish this goal would be to inform the electorate of these politicians actions in 527 ads during the election process. Please help us change how the Federal Government and its elected officials work. Help us to make this government work for us, to be our voice, instead of being the platform for corrupt officials to further their political and financial goals.
